Circle of Security Parenting (COSP)
The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) group is a parenting program designed to help caregivers understand and respond to their children's emotional needs in a way that promotes secure attachment. The program is based on 60 years of research in attachment theory and aims to enhance the parent -child relationship by helping parents recognize their child's cues, respond to their needs, and create a safe and nurturing environment. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and video examples, parents learn strategies to support their child's emotional development, manage challenging behaviors, and strengthen their connection with their child. |
