Payment, Fees, and Insurance

Payment by cash, cheque, credit card or Interac e-transfer is preferred. Official receipts, including the therapist’s registration number, are issued for all sessions and may be provided in printed or email.

  • Couple & family session: $220 / 50 minutes
• MSW, RSW Associate Therapists
  • Individual session: $170 / 50 minutes
  • Couple & family session: $200 / 50 minutes
• RP(Q) Associate Therapists
  • Individual session: $155 / 50 minutes
  • Couple & family session: $200 / 50 minutes
• Master’s Level Students / Interns
  • $100 / 50-minute session
• We offer convenient direct billing with most major insurance providers providers, including NIHB (for clients with a valid status card), SunLife, GreenShield, CanadaLife, ManuLife, Desjardins, Telus Health and others.
  
  Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be billed at the full session fee, as this time cannot be reassigned to another client.
  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will proceed for the remaining time only, and the full session fee will still apply.
  In the event that an in-person appointment must be canceled due to weather conditions or health concerns (such as flu-related symptoms), the session may be offered virtually or by phone when possible.

NOTE:
Psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist are covered by many extended health benefit plans and may also be eligible as a medical expense for income tax purposes. We recommend confirming your coverage with your benefits administrator or consulting a tax professional prior to booking.
