PAYMENT

Cash, cheque, or Interac e-transfer payments are preferred.
Official receipts which include the therapist’s registration number, are issued for all sessions. Receipts can be printed or emailed to you.
Fees for services: individual session -$170/ 50 min. ; couple and family session -$220/ 50 min.
Fees for Master level Students/Interns: $130/ 50min. session
Direct billing available for NIHB (clients who have a status card).

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, you are required to provide us with at least 24 hours advanced notice. Since we are unable to use this time for another client, please note that you will be billed for the entire cost of your scheduled appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or if a scheduled appointment is completely missed (no show), you will be billed directly for the full session fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will only be seen for the remainder of your session and will be charged for the whole session.

When an in-person appointment is canceled due to weather or health concerns (covid symptoms) the appointment can be facilitated virtually or over the phone.

NOTE:
Psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker are covered by many extended health plans and may be eligible as a medical expense on your income tax. Check with your benefits administrator or tax professional prior to booking to confirm your coverage.
